Cabin Rental Rates - Gatlinburg Chalet Rental Rates

Seasonal Rates for our Smoky Mountains Cabin or Chalet

Peak Season	Rates:
Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day October and Holidays	Daily - $130 per night plus tax Weekly - $780 per week plus tax 3 night minimum most weeks

Low Season	Rates:
Balance of Year (Except Holidays)	Daily - $70 per night plus Cleaning and tax Weekly - $490 per week plus Cleaning and tax Add $20/night during Spring Break 3 night minimum

Holidays	Rates:
Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas New Years	Daily - $130 per night plus tax Weekly - $780 per week plus tax 4 night minimum most weeks

General Rate Information:
12.5% Tax applies to all rental rates (9.5% Sales Tax + 3.0% Hotel Tax). Refundable $200 Security Deposit required for all rentals. Refundable $100 Pet Deposit additional for all rentals with pets. Cleaning fee of $75 may apply at certain times of the year - ask for details. Weekly minimum may be in effect for Summer and October - ask for details. We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders and Paypal for rentals and deposits. A $100 deposit is required to confirm a reservation, the entire balance, plus the Security Deposit, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Please see our Rental Agreement for our refund policy. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent our Chalet.
